People Premier League is a Zunavish initiative, designed to assess the critical skills needed for successful people management. Business and HR students will team up to tackle real-world HR challenges faced by companies today.

Eligibility & Instructions

Eigibility Criteria:
- For UG – You must be from BBA/BSW.
- For PG – You must be from MBA/MSW/MHRM (Any stream).
- You should be graduating between 2024-2026.
Team Formation:
- Each team must consist of 3 members.
- If you have fewer than 3 members but still wish to participate, we will assign additional team members to complete your team.
Registration Fee:
- The registration fee is INR 275 per person (including 18% GST), totalling INR 825 per team (If you have formed 3 member team).
- Payment is required upon submitting the registration form.

Use Case

The modern workplace is evolving rapidly, influenced by technological advancements, shifting employee expectations, and dynamic economic conditions. HR departments are at the forefront of managing these changes, ensuring that organizations can attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. However, HR professionals often face challenges that demand innovative solutions to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Desired Outcome

Participants will develop innovative solutions that tackle real-world HR challenges faced by businesses today. They will then present these solutions, clearly demonstrating how they can be implemented in real-world HR settings to address the specific challenges they were designed for.

Grand Finale

On the day of the Grand Finale, participants will experience a mega event featuring:

3 – Master classes to learn from experts and gain advanced knowledge in specialized HR areas.

2 – Industry Leaders Panel to engage in insightful conversations with top industry leaders discussing trending topics in HR.

1 – Big Ceremony to celebrate the achievements of winners in a prestigious awards ceremony, recognizing excellence and innovation in HR.

Event Timeline

The Grand Finale will be held in Hyderabad, coinciding with the day of our 1st Annual HR Conclave, where renowned leaders will be delivering sessions at the conclave.

Conduct:All participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism throughout the competition. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

Data Usage:By registering for PPL, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of event management, communication, and promotional activities. Zunavish Consulting ensures that all data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Liability:Zunavish Consulting and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in PPL. Participants are encouraged to take necessary precautions and participate at their own risk.

Changes to Event:Zunavish Consulting reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property:Any content, ideas, or materials created or presented during PPL remain the intellectual property of the respective participants. However, Zunavish Consulting reserves the right to use such content for promotional and educational purposes with appropriate attribution.

Prize Money, Pre-Placement Interviews, and Internships:Any promises of prize money, pre-placement interviews, and internships are contingent upon the participant’s adherence to the event guidelines and their performance during the competition. Zunavish Consulting reserves the right to withhold or revoke prize money, pre-placement interviews, and internships in cases of rule violations or unethical behavior.

Dispute Resolution:Any disputes arising from participation in PPL will be resolved amicably through dialogue and mutual agreement. In case of unresolved disputes, the decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding.

Refund Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable.We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the logistical planning involved, we are unable to offer refunds once registration is complete.
