Pineaxe Technologies LLP., a company having registered office at 1205/A, 3rd Floor, SPA SRR Towers, Avinashi Road, PN palayam, Coimbatore -641037 is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our neohire platform(the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy is designed to let you know the information we collect about our platform, including from customers and their authorized users who register to use the neohire platform. This Privacy Policy describes neohire’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the platform, and the related services offered by neohire (collectively, the “Services”), as well as individual’s choices regarding use, access, and correction of personal information. We want our Customers and their Authorized Users/Candidates to have a positive experience while using our platform. We respect and protect our Customers’ and authorized user’ rights to privacy as set forth in this Privacy Policy. In this Privacy Policy, the terms “neohire,” “We” and “Us” refer to Pineaxe Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership doing business as neohire.
Consent
By registering or using neohire Services, you consent to this Policy. If you do not accept the terms of this Policy, your only remedy is to discontinue the use of the Services or write to us if you have any specific issues with respect to this Policy. Information gathered through the Services may be, used, and stored in our database.
Definitions
- "neohire","Pineaxe Technologies LLP", "we", "us", or "our" shall refer to Pineaxe Technologies LLP.
- "Customer/s", "you", and "employers", "admin", "user" shall refer to the corporates that avail the Services of neohire.
- "Authorized user", "candidates", and "individuals", shall mean the individuals who use the platform on behalf of the customers/employers.

The Data we collect
From Customers.
We collect information from our customers when they sign up to use our services. Please find below the type of information we may require from you in order to provide our services on the platform.
- Contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number;
- Any personal data regarding another individual that you provide in the course of using the services;
- Employment information such as your HR/employee ID, length of time that you have worked in your employer organization, job title, work location, department, employment start date, and next pay date;
- Details of your correspondence with us;
From Authorised users
When authorized users signs up or use our platform, they are entitled to provide data voluntarily and also certain data that are collected automatically. Please find below the type of information we may require from the user in order to provide our services on the Platform.
- Contact information such as name, email address, and phone number;
- Captured live images through the web camera-enabled assessments;
- Technical information, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address that is used to connect the computer to the internet, login information, browser type, and version, screen resolution, flash version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, platform, background audio and traffic data, cookies data, weblogs, and other communication data, and the details of the resources are entitled to be provided by the user when they access the platform.

We use authorized user’s personal information that we obtain directly from them, for promotion communication, notifying us about the next stages of the event on the platform, or otherwise, we share such personal information with our customers so they can contact Candidates for other purposes.
GDPR
For the proctored assessments, the data will reside on the GCP and AWS Servers in Singapore. The proctored testing vendor is Singapore PDPA, GDPR Compliant. Our data retention on the Proctored Testing platform is for 2 years from the time of examination.
Disclosure
We may share your personal data to assist with managing and running the Platform and undertaking the activities set out in the above section, or to provide other products or services, or support as requested by you.
- As part of our service offerings, we may disclose to our Customers any Candidates’ personal information provided to us, if Candidates consent to such disclosure. By providing user’s personal information to our customers, our customers will be able to contact such users to inquire about potential future recruitment opportunities.
- We do not share information, reports, and analyses publicly or with other companies.
- We do not disclose personal information to third-party service providers/ad sites.
- We may disclose personal information (i) if we are required to do so by law, legal process, statute, rule, regulation, or professional standard, or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other government official requests, (ii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, (iii) in connection with an investigation of a complaint, security threat, or suspected or actual illegal activity; (iv) in connection with an internal audit; or (v) in the event that Pineaxe Technologies LLP is subject to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, sales of assets, reorganizations, divestitures, dissolutions, bankruptcies, liquidations, or other types of business transactions. In these types of transactions, personal information may be shared, sold, or transferred, and it may be used subsequently by a third party.
Intellectual Property Rights
Content, trademark, logo, domain name, User Interface, look & feel of the Website and Services (collectively called Intellectual Property) are solely owned by us. No such Intellectual Property shall be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without our prior written consent.

Neohire maintains reasonable and appropriate security measures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of Personal Information. We are committed to protecting the information we receive from our customers and authorized users. We have implemented commercially reasonable, appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of data stored on the platform, including loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction while considering the risks involved. We restrict access to your Personal Data to those employees of ours, our affiliates, and third-party service providers who reasonably need it to provide products or services.
Certain features of our Platform may require you to use an access code, password, or similar unique identifier. You are responsible for protecting the secrecy of your account information. neohire recommends that you use the latest browsers so as to take advantage of advances in security technology. Although we strive to protect your encrypted information, no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. There is some risk associated with any data transmission, including the risk that personal information may be intercepted in transit. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security

As a customer

As an Authorized user
Candidate can write to the admin to request:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification or deletion of your personal data.
- A restriction on the processing of your personal data.
- Object to the processing of your personal data.
- A transfer of your personal data (data portability) in a machine-readable readable and commonly used format.
- Withdraw your consent to us processing your personal data, at any time.
You can make a request in relation to any of the above rights by writing to us at the contact address given at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will respond to such queries within 30 days and deal with requests we receive from you, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Law.
